Typical Projects completed are for Residential Building Consents and include; Bathroom/Ensuite Additions, adding or changing Windows & Doors, Removing Loadbearing Walls and other Internal Re-configurations, Minor Dwellings, Sleepouts and Garages. Shane can handle every part of the process, including interaction with engineers and other external specialists when required, and is a first point of contact for all council communication, which takes the stress off you.

Floor Plan

Shane will firstly do some research into your property, discuss what you are planning on doing, and then provide you with a Competitive Quote. The next step is to Measure Up your house and draw the As-Built drawings. Once this is completed Shane will then work with you to come up with the best Concept that works for 'your' needs. Once you are happy with the Concept he will complete the Building Consent Drawings and take care of all other required Documentation. At this point the Building Consent can then be lodged and Shane will continue to deal with council until your Building Consent is approved.

Cross Section

Once the Building Consent has been issued by council you will receive all of the approved documentation and can then hand things over to your builder to start construction.
